Prevent knee injury soccer with this exercise
Goal

Strengthen your hip and knee surrounding muscles with this exercise and thus prevent knee injuries.

Here's how

Slip your outer leg into an end loop of your PATbands. Guide the tape in front of your hip to the other side and wrap around the inner leg several times, starting from the outside. Lastly, step through a loop with your foot. Now attach the PATband to a fixed point or hand it to your partner. Stretch your inner leg to the side and then pull it outward as explosively as possible.

Tip

Change the intensity of the exercise with the selection of the PATband and its loops. Make sure to use the arms in a contra-lateral way.
