Goal

Train your explosiveness with this exercise, which makes it an ideal addition to your soccer sprint training.

Here's how

Lay the strapping with your PATband as in the video below. Control your balance on the wrapped leg while extending your other leg as far back as possible. Now straighten up, take a step forward and put your weight on the front leg. Rotate your hips and arms as explosively as possible to the other side. 

Tip

Be sure to use your arms in a contrabilateral manner.
