You sit at a desk a lot? Therefore you tend to tense neck and shoulder muscles. This exercise can help, proceed as follows:

  1. Lie on your stomach with your chest on the bullseye of the PATmat
  2. Extend one arm
  3. With the other one you support yourself at the level of your chest and lift off in a twisting motion

You can make the exercise a little harder by lifting your leg to the opposite side.
