You sit at a desk a lot? Therefore you tend to tense neck and shoulder muscles. This exercise can help, proceed as follows:
- Lie on your stomach with your chest on the bullseye of the PATmat
- Extend one arm
- With the other one you support yourself at the level of your chest and lift off in a twisting motion
You can make the exercise a little harder by lifting your leg to the opposite side.
