The key to mobility really exists! This exercise mobilizes many different areas of the body. You not only stretch the back of your legs, but also your lower back and mobilize your hips. This way you can regain your mobility holistically.

Proceed as follows for a balance to the office routine:

  1. Sit on the #PATmat and stretch one leg forward
  2. Place the other leg with the inside of the foot against the other leg
  3. Move forward along the scale on the PATmat (exhale) and straighten up again (inhale)
  4. 10 repetitions per side
