Strengthen thoracic spine

Strengthening the thoracic spine prepares your thoracic spine for the demands of everyday life and strengthens the comprehensive musculature. 

Here's how

Put the PATband center around an attachment point and grasp the band with both hands through the end loops. As you extend your hips, pull both elbows back to the sides of your body. Repeat this exercise 15 times.


Change the intensity of the exercise with the selection of the PATband and its loops.
