  • Sitting position. The soles of the feet touch each other. Open the chest by pulling the arms upwards, the pelvis tilts slightly forward. 
  • The knees are each in a loop, the tape runs under the feet.
  • The band pulls the knees outwards and promotes hip opening. At the same time, the upper body straightening strengthens the back muscles.
