Solve knee and low back pain with this hip activation
Goal
Activating your hip muscles, as well as your foot and arch, will help relieve stress on your knee joints and lower back. This can relieve low back pain, will strengthen your hip, as well as improve your balance.
Here's how
Use the roller and the ball (PATball) of the PATriggerFix this to a wall or a box with the inside of your knee and move your swing leg over it.
Make sure the movement is controlled with trunk tension and avoid tilting the pelvis sideways.
