Exercise for knee or calf pain while walking

A functional stretching technique while standing with the hips moving forward mimics the gait pattern. This type of stretching greatly helps relieve pressure on the knees and also prevents calf pain when walking.

Here's how

Place heel and toes on the marks on the roller of the PATrigger. Bend and straighten your pelvis and torso to dynamically stretch the back of your legs. 


If you can't put your foot on the roller, switch to the technique with the avocado.
