Goal
Increase your flexibility of the back of your legs and lower back. Through targeted dynamic movement during leg stretching, you increase the effect of knee relief. In addition, you will experience resistance while straightening up, with which these exercises simultaneously strengthen your back and the straightening muscles.
Here's how
Place the PATband around your back below the shoulder and the foot of the stretched leg. Bring your hands far forward and intensify the stretch.
The greater the tension on the tape, the deeper the stretch.
