Exercise body tension

The "stretching of the bow" with the PATband is an ideal exercise with which you can train your body tension and improve the communication of your muscles in a whole-body movement. This relieves the pressure on all the joints that participate in the functional movement. 

Here's how

Grasp the band in loops 1 and 3. For higher intensity, take it double around the foot, for lower intensity, step your foot into a loop for lockdown. Stretch your arms overhead and move your hips from left to right into and out of a stretch. The fitness band provides resistance that stretches and strengthens the side of your body in the opposite motion. 


Keep the distance of the arms to the head constant and move your whole body into an arc tension.
