Goal
The traction pressure in the knee immediately release contributes to the immediate relief of the knee joint. The use of this strapping technique reduces friction in the joint . This can relieve pain and promote greater joint mobility.
Here's how
Put the PATband around your leg. If the line is too loose, loosen it and increase the tension. Take 1-3 minutes and relax while breathing calmly.
The tighter the band is from the anchor point to your foot, the more traction is created at the knee joint.
