Goal
To ensure a gentle but effective workout of the shoulder, it is important to give it the necessary range of motion. The shoulder exercise with rotation shown in the video reduces friction in the shoulder joint and increases its functional mobility. Here's how
Stand in the center with both feet on the PATband, cross it over and slip into the end loop with one hand at a time. The elbows point inward in the start position and you lead your arms alternately upward outward into an extension.
