  • Start in a half kneeling position.
  • The band is fixed over the foot of the stretched arm and over the hand of the opposite arm. It runs behind the back and thereby causes both an opening for the chest and a rotation of the upper body outwards.
  • One achieves a full body stretch and thus increases mobility.
