Lie on the roller with your back just below your shoulder blades. Position your legs and place your arms at your sides. Your head should lie relaxed on the floor or a cushion. Vary the position of the roller upwards to mobilise different parts of your spine. The more you raise your arms, the more you stretch your chest and shoulders. Stay in this position for at least 1 minute and breathe deeply in and out.
