Exercise 4: Wall Plank Rotation

Position the round end of the PAT ball just above the floor against the wall. Place the inside of the knee of your outer leg in the recess. Now get into a plank position. Your inner leg is extended and your head is in front of your fingertips. Rotate your outer arm with the back of your hand towards the wall. Make sure you do this in a controlled manner, without moving your pelvis or PATball. Repeat this exercise 10 times per side.
