Slip one hand into the first loop of the PATband and the other hand into the third loop. Place your foot in a loop so that the band is always under tension. Hold both hands overhead while giving in to the tension of the band on one side. Now work against the tension of the band to the other side until the band is stretched. Repeat this exercise 15 times per side. Make sure your head remains centered between your arms.
