The use of our website is generally possible without providing personal data. As far as on our sides personal data (such as name, address or e-mail addresses) are collected, this is as far as possible on a voluntary basis. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent.

We would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. communication by e-mail) can have security gaps. A complete protection of the data against access by third parties is not possible.

The use of contact data published within the framework of the imprint obligation by third parties for the purpose of sending unsolicited advertising and information material is hereby expressly prohibited. A deletion of your customer account is possible at any time and can be done by sending a message to the address given in the imprint. We store and use the data provided by you for the purpose of processing the contract. After complete processing of the contract or deletion of your customer account, your data will be blocked with regard to tax and commercial law retention periods and deleted after expiry of these periods, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or a legally permitted further use of data has been reserved by us, about which we inform you accordingly below.

You have the possibility to create a customer account on our website with your personal data. The customer account is used to enter our shop. When a purchase is made, a corresponding account is also automatically stored on our learning platform with the access data. The data will not be passed on to third parties. When you submit your application/registration, we save the date and time of your registration together with the data you provide. By sending the registration you agree to the processing of your data by us.

Your data will be used for the purpose of managing your customer account and providing the associated functions, such as processing your customer data, and displaying your orders. The legal basis for the storage of your customer account data is Art. 6 (1) lit. a DSGVO.

We store your data that you have provided to us as part of your login/registration as long as you do not delete your customer account with us. If you make changes to your details, the old details will be deleted and only the updated data will be stored. Beyond that, we only store your data in order to comply with our contractual or legal obligations (e.g. tax obligations) (Art. 6 (1) lit. c DSGVO). In this case, we block your data to the extent that it is only processed for the necessary purposes.

In order to process your order, we work together with the service provider(s) listed below, who support us in whole or in part in the execution of concluded contracts. Certain personal data is transmitted to these service providers in accordance with the following information. The personal data collected by us will be passed on to the transport company commissioned with the delivery as part of the contract processing, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of the goods. We pass on your payment data to the commissioned credit institution within the framework of payment processing, insofar as this is necessary for payment processing. Please note, however, that PayPal may also disclose personal data to service providers, subcontractors or other affiliated companies to the extent necessary to fulfil the contractual obligations arising from your order or to process the personal data on your behalf.

Depending on the payment method selected via PayPal, e.g. invoice or direct debit, the personal data transmitted to PayPal will be transferred by PayPal to credit agencies. This transmission serves to check your identity and creditworthiness in relation to the order you have placed. The duration of the storage of personal data is determined by the respective statutory retention period (e.g. retention periods under commercial and tax law). After expiry of the period, the corresponding data is routinely deleted, provided that it is no longer required for the fulfilment of the contract or the initiation of the contract and/or there is no further justified interest on our part in the continued storage.

Google Maps

By using this service, our location is shown to you and a possible approach is facilitated.
