The PATmat is suitable for your workout at home, in the gym or on the road. Rolled up, the 3.30 long training mat fits in any bag and is lightweight and portable at under 2kg. With the non-slip natural rubber underside and printed fleece on top, you can perform yoga, stretching, strength training, coordination exercises or intense intervals for strength endurance.
