Unlike conventional training mats, which serve as padding, you use the ten colorful movement fields on the top of the PATmat according to the "twister principle". This allows you to perform classic fitness exercises as well as complex functional movements quickly and easily. The integrated buttons and scales allow you to control the execution of the exercise and help you to immediately and immediately recognize your own imbalances.

Brief description

The PATmat is suitable for your workout at home, in the gym or on the road. Rolled up, the 3.30 long training mat fits in any bag and is lightweight and portable at under 2kg. With the non-slip natural rubber underside and printed fleece on top, you can perform yoga, stretching, strength training, coordination exercises or intense intervals for strength endurance. 

With PATmat, trainers and therapists are supported in performing movement analyses, instructing exercises quickly and easily, and checking training progress. Training in a group is also much more varied and the instruction is more targeted.
