What is the WaterGym?

The WaterGym is an innovative multifunctional rowing machine - handmade in Bavaria from wood.
The resistance in rowing is generated by water and thus has a very natural and economical effect.
The seat slides on a concave rail, which gives the advantage of a variable foot position while rowing and eliminates the need to strap the feet down, unlike traditional rowing machines.
The rowing machine can be easily pushed together and stored to save space.

The WaterGym is more than just a rowing machine. The training bench on the body, the long extension of the rowing handle and the height-adjustable seat are an ideal home gym for functional exercises.

Full body workout with the WaterGym rowing machine

We do 2 rounds of 4 different exercises on the rowing machine.
One exercise is divided into 40s load followed by 20s rest. The total training time is 8min.
