The use of our website is possible without providing personal data. Insofar as personal data (e.g. name, address or e-mail addresses) is collected on our website, this is always done on a voluntary basis, as far as possible. Contact

Personal data is collected as part of contacting us (e.g. via contact form or e-mail). The data collected in the case of a contact form can be seen from the respective contact form. This data is stored and used exclusively for the purpose of answering your request or for contacting and the associated technical administration. The legal basis for the processing of the data is our legitimate interest in answering your request in accordance with Art. 1 lit. f of the german DSGVO. If your contacting is aimed at concluding a contract, the additional legal basis for the processing is Article 6(6). 1 lit. b of the german DSGVO. Your data will be deleted after final processing of your request, this is the case if it can be inferred from the circumstances that the facts concerned have been finally clarified and that there are no statutory retention obligations.

Data processing when opening a customer account and for contract processing

pursuant to Article 6(6) 1 lit. b of the german DSGVO, personal data will continue to be collected and processed if you provide it to us for the performance of a contract or when opening a customer account. The data collected can be seen from the respective input forms. A deletion of your customer account is possible at any time and can be done by sending a message to the address given in the imprint. We store and use the data you provide for the execution of the contract. After complete execution of the contract or deletion of your customer account, your data will be blocked with regard to tax and commercial retention periods and deleted after expiry of these periods, unless you expressly consent to further use of your data or have reserved any further use of data permitted by law on our part, about which we inform you accordingly below.

Use of Facebook Remarketing

This website uses the “Custom Audiences” remarketing feature of Facebook Inc. (“Facebook”). Customer account/registration

You have the option to create a customer account with your personal data on our website. The customer account is used to enter our shop. When a purchase is made, a corresponding account is automatically stored on our learning platform with the access data. The data will not be passed on to third parties. If you choose a customer account, you must provide us with the following information:

  • E-mail address
  • Address (street, house number, postcode, city)

All other information is voluntary. We store the following voluntary information together with your e-mail address when you provide it to us:

When you submit your login/registration, we store the date and time of your registration together with your specified data. By submitting the registration, you consent to the processing of your data by us.

Your data will be used for the purpose of managing your customer account and providing the associated functions, such as processing your customer data and displaying your orders. The legal basis for the storage of your customer account data is Art. 6 (1) lit. a of the german DSGVO.

We store your data that you have provided to us as part of your login/registration, as long as you do not delete your customer account with us. When you make changes to your information, the old information is deleted and only the updated data is saved. In addition, we only store your data in order to comply with our contractual or legal obligations (e.g. tax obligations) (Art. 6 (1) lit. c of the german DSGVO). In this case, we block your data to the extent that it is only processed for the necessary purposes.

Data processing for order processing

In order to process your order, we cooperate with the following service providers, who support us in whole or in part in the execution of concluded contracts. Certain personal data will be transmitted to these service providers in accordance with the following information. The personal data collected by us will be passed on to the transport company commissioned with the delivery in the course of the contract processing, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of the goods. We pass on your payment data to the credit institution as part of the payment processing, if this is necessary for payment processing. If payment service providers are used, we will inform you explicitly below. The legal basis for the disclosure of the data is Article 6(4) of the 1 lit. b of the german DSGVO. In order to fulfil our contractual obligations towards our customers, we cooperate with external shipping partners. We give your name as well as your delivery address exclusively for the purpose of the delivery of goods Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b of the german DSGVO to a shipping partner selected by us.

Disclosure of personal data to shipping service providers

If the delivery of the goods is made by the transport service provider DHL (DHL Paket GmbH, Sträßchensweg 10, 53113 Bonn), we will provide your e-mail address before delivery of the goods in accordance with Art. 1 lit. a of the german DSGVO for the purpose of coordinating a delivery date or announcing delivery to DHL, provided that you have given your express consent for this during the ordering process. Otherwise, for the purpose of service in accordance with Art. 1 lit. b the german DSGVO only the name of the recipient and the delivery address is send to DHL. The transfer shall only take place if this is necessary for the delivery of goods. In this case, it is not possible to coordinate the delivery date with DHL in advance or to transmit status information of the shipment delivery. The consent may be revoked at any time with effect for the future to the above-described controller or to the transport service provider DHL. Use of PayPal as a payment method

If you decide to pay with the online payment service provider PayPal as part of your ordering process, your contact details will be transmitted to PayPal as part of the order thus triggered. PayPal is an offer of PayPal (Europe) S.A.R.L. & Cie. S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg. PayPal takes over the function of an online payment service provider as well as a trustee and offers buyer protection services.

The personal data transmitted to PayPal is usually first name, last name, address, telephone number, IP address, e-mail address, or other data required for order processing, as well as data that is necessary in connection with the order such as number of items, item number, invoice amount and taxes in percent, invoice information, etc.

This transfer is necessary for the processing of your order with the payment method you have selected, in particular for confirming your identity, for the administration of your payment and the customer relationship.

Please note, however, that Personal data may also be passed on by PayPal to service providers, subcontractors or other affiliates, insofar as this is necessary to fulfil the contractual obligations arising from your order, or the personal data are to be processed on behalf of the company.

Depending on the payment method selected via PayPal, e.g. invoice or direct debit, the personal data transmitted to PayPal will be transmitted by PayPal to business information agencies. This submission is used to verify the identity and creditworthiness of the order you have placed. Use of Stripe as a payment method

If you decide to pay with the online payment service provider Stripe as part of your ordering process, your contact details will be transmitted to Stripe as part of the order thus triggered. Google Maps

On our website we use Google Maps (API) from Google LLC., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”). This website uses Wistia (https://wistia.com/) of Wistia, Inc. based in Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA to embed videos in our website and promote and measure the interaction behavior of website visitors with the videos. Wistia collects the following categories of personal data:

  • anonymized IP address incl. Providers;
  • Access time of viewed videos;
  • Details of their viewed video sections;
  • URL of the videos;
  • Type of device (stationary, mobile), operating system and browser used.

No cookies or similar technologies are used for this purpose in the case of flash or other videos.
